My roots lie in People-Centred Innovation Design Engineering, with 20 years of international experience in experience design and transformation projects. My work spans startups, consultancies, corporate enterprises and governmental/smart city programs worldwide. I thrive in building high-performing teams, fostering dynamic organisational cultures and driving transformative change. I am a connector of talents and businesses internationally, and recently with a special interest in bridging Europe-Taiwan Semiconductor Opportunities.
As an EMCC-accredited business coach, I am insight-led and infuse creativity into my coaching, empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. I am also a co-founder of Battersea Table and Open Innovation Society,

Having worked in the UK, Europe, Asia, the US and the Middle East (and lived in four of these), Naomi thrives on international projects and organisational culture. She remains deeply fascinated by people, cultures and how they interact with each other.
Naomi has a strong interest in creative processes / art forms across disciplines and mediums, and enjoys connecting these to her team culture building, insights strategy, leadership and coaching work.
A passionate musician, Naomi plays both cello and piano, regularly performing with chamber groups. She has appeared at venues including the Barbican, Cadogan Hall, and The Reform Club. She enjoys musical improvisation and exploring music from different cultures. Naomi also performed for two seasons in the award-winning interactive theatre show You Me Bum Bum Train, named by The Times as one of the 25 best plays of the century.
